At Impressed by Ronnie, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom products that bring your ideas to life. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Custom Orders

Because most of our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

These include:
• Custom T-Shirts & Hoodies
• Personalized Tumblers, Mugs, and Pillows
• Custom License Plates, Buttons, and Yard Signs
• Photo Blankets and Pendants
• Any item with a name, photo, or unique design


Returns for Non-Custom Items

If you purchased a non-custom item and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.


How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Email: admin@impressedbyronnie.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos (for damaged or incorrect items)

  3. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days to resolve your concern.


Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the refund.
